Hi All,

I am having problems with my instance of WP on your hosting platform.
I have increased the PHP MEM Limit to 256M via the WP-Config file.

I have given my WP instance more PHP execution time via the .htaccess file since the 5 seconds is way below what I am targeting (300) to allow my backup mechanism to operate.

I also am having no success in message from my contact forms from my site being emailed out via the email address with the domain.
I can not access the mx record for the domain to ensure it is correct nor can I find access to either Imap or Pop, smtp server info.

These issues are important and I would like to resolve them asap.

This is the correct forum for getting support on http://www.hit.ng hosting isn't it or should I post on Facebook?

you are using a free domain (wws.hit.ng) which has no DNS configuration, so you can't access and edit its MX record.

but you can also buy a domain, this will allow you to check and edit its DNS, you can can check our price list for .com .net .org domains, and more at https://www.hit.ng/en/offer/domains
